Road To Nowhere
Verse 1
Oblivious to the world around me, I travel a highway crossing boundaries
Left and right I take wrong turns, A pill down the hatch my mind starts to burn
I sit in the darkness alone and cold depression sinks in my mind turns to mould
No way out, not up or down, i'm stuck between life or death
Chorus:
I am on a path of self-destruction, no one's going to stop me in my ultimate corruption, from tearing this mind down, now there's only a little left to Chew all the way through
There's no more but an empty stare, I am on the road to nowhere
Verse 2:
Sacrifice your will to think, rely on me to get you through the night
A warm embrace you cannot deny, im the only way out and the only way down
The end is nigh so say your last words, in the end only your death is certain
Chorus:
I am on a path of self-destruction, no one's going to stop me in my ultimate corruption, from tearing this mind down, now , there's only a little left to Chew all the way through
There's no more but an empty stare, I am on the road to nowhere
Bridge:
DRUGS
intensify, this world I live in is such a lie
The Warth I seek is in a pill of madness, can't I see that all my excuses are useless
Tactics, to bring you down along with my life, The end of the line is way too dark
For me to see beyond reality!

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
